Why are there two tracking numbers for my package?
Your ClearJet tracking number is used for the first part of your shipment through the ClearJet network. Once your package is handed off to a final-mile carrier, a second tracking number is generated and both tracking numbers monitor the remainder of the delivery. Both tracking numbers are viewable at www.cleartrk.com.
I don't have a tracking number. What should I do?
Please reach out directly to the retailer where you placed your order. Your tracking number will begin with a C.
Can I change my address once my package has shipped?
For security and verification purposes, any changes to the delivery address must be approved by your retailer. Please contact the retailer directly to request any updates.
My package is delayed, who can help?
If your package has not been updated in over 72 hours, please email support@clearjet.com for assistance. Be sure to include your tracking number in your message to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
My tracking shows "delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and with any household members or neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact the final-mile carrier using the tracking information provided, or email us at support@clearjet.com for further assistance.

ClearJet partners with a variety of trusted final-mile carriers including OnTrac, GLS, CDL and other regional delivery providers. You can identify the carrier handling your package by checking the "Delivered by" section on your tracking page.
